Kate Field (CMIOSH) is BSI’s Global Head, Health, Safety and Wellbeing. With over 20 years’ health, safety and well-being experience, spanning all sectors, Kate uses her expertise to drive BSI’s global strategy to prioritize people and unlock the innovation and organization resilience that brings.

An ambassador for cultural change, that puts well-being, equality, safety and health at the forefront, Kate inspires colleagues and stakeholders globally to make a difference.


Andrew Berrie

National Lead, Mental Health at Work at Mind, the mental health charity

Andrew supports the ambitions of the Thriving at Work Leadership Council in driving employer action across the UK and oversees delivery of the Mental Health at Work website and Mental Health at Work Commitment

Over the last three years Andrew has led the Time to Change Employers Programme, Blue Light (Emergency Services) Programme, Mentally Healthy Universities Programme and Mind’s work with the Midlands Engine Mental Health Productivity Pilot supporting a wide range of organizations of varying size, across multiple sectors and across the UK.

He is passionate about working with organizations to develop their wellbeing and mental health programmes, campaigns and initiatives and the role of communications as a catalyst for social change.


Jonathan Gawthrop

Executive Director of Wellbeing, Sustainability & Assurance, EMCOR UK

Jonathan is Executive Director, Wellbeing Sustainability & Assurance for leading FM Company EMCOR UK responsible for the development and practical application of the organizations enterprise strategies for these disciplines A Fellow of IIRSM and the Royal Society of Fellows, Jonathan has a Masters in Behaviour Change and is a PhD student studying Organizational Health & Wellbeing.

He is a member of the BSI committee for Occupational Health & Safety, an independent verifier for the Mayor of London's Healthy Workplace Charter and advisory board member for a number of industry panels working to evolve safety and wellbeing throughout the UK.
