Emilia CardamoneEmilia Cardamone - Programme Manager - Digital Construction, BSI Group

Emilia is responsible for the development and management of new Certification Schemes to support the digital transformation within the Built Environment sector. This involves Stakeholder engagement, facilitating discussions and workshops and create a partnership approach within the Construction Industry. She is currently managing The Smart Cities and Smart Communities Kitemark, where she has strong technical background in Urban Planning and Policies. Also, she supports the global team with the development, sale and management of the BIM Kitemark Schemes.

Harold Pradal - Group Commercial Director, BSI Group

Harold is responsible for shaping and delivering BSI’s vision, commercial strategy and key growth initiatives across all business units, sectors and geographies. A Biomedical Engineer with a Master in Business, Harold started his career with GE and spent 8 years leading sales & marketing teams across Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific regions with GE Healthcare. Taking on his first country general management position with International SOS in 2009, Harold has been leading P&Ls and driving growth initiatives across various geographies and business segments for a decade, leading multicultural teams, at global, regional and country levels.
