Description

The revised PAS 96 Food Defence – Protection and prevention from deliberate acts, provides updated guidance to help food businesses to assess risks such as malicious contamination, (food terrorism), cyber disruption, and food fraud – across their operations and supply networks.

In today’s complex global and evolving threat environment, and rising regulatory and consumer expectations, the revision emphasises risk-based thinking, the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, and organisational resilience.

This webinar will break down the key updates to the PAS 96:2026 TACCP approach, explaining what they mean in practice. It will also explore how to reassess existing plans and use the PAS 96 guide to strengthen food protection, risk management, and overall business resilience.
