He has driven food sector strategies across Australia and Asia Pacific, now serving as Managing Director of Global Food and Retail. Todd focuses on supporting global brands to achieve sustainability, digital trust, and product safety goals across the food and retail sectors. 

Leanne Singleton (Speaker)

Leanne has 30 years of expertise in food safety and risk management. Starting her career in regulatory compliance with a background in food technology, she later transitioned to HACCP training, GFSI food safety auditing, and consultancy. Leanne has mentored food safety auditors both in Australia and internationally, collaborating with numerous multinational corporations and small startups. She is also passionate about reducing food waste and promoting sustainability initiatives within the food industry.

Anirvan Sen (Speaker)

Anirvan after completing his second master's degree in food production management has got around 10 years of food industry experience in various technical, production and lean management roles before embarking into the auditing field since 2014. Anirvan in his current role as Operations Manager in BSI is also mentoring and guiding other food auditors in various food standards. Anirvan's passion lies in improving the food safety management system in any food and beverage industry through his knowledge and experience and also develop the food safety standards in any way possible.

Hasfaniezam Abu (Speaker)

Niezam graduated as a Food Technologist, with more than 20 years of experience in food industries. His current role now as a Sector Manager for Food-Agri Sector, BSI Malaysia. He had started his career in quality assurance, R&D and manufacturing operation in the food industry before transitioning himself as a consultant and trainer for food safety management system. His passion in food safety system brought him to further expanding his expertise as a food auditor for HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRCGS. Niezam current role now was to manage the Food Safety and Agri sector for BSI Malaysia, where he oversees the food assessment operation, provide guidance and technical advice for food auditors while maintaining other roles in promoting the food safety scheme and relationship with food authorities.
