Webinar: Inclusive service Kitemark ISO 22458 for Energy provision

Date: 26 July 2022, 12:00 - 13:00 UK time

As the last few years have shown, we can all become vulnerable at any time in our lives. A recent report from the FCA shows that 27.7 million adults in the UK have characteristics of vulnerability triggered by factors such as hardship, relationship breakdowns and ill health. As consumers this vulnerability can make it harder to make smart, informed decisions when dealing with organizations.

BSI Kitemark for Energy Provision has been specifically developed to demonstrate best practices. This includes alignment with both OFGEM requirements outlined as the Consumer Vulnerability strategy and the Utility Regulator NI Code of practices related to Vulnerable Consumers. As a globally recognized symbol of quality, BSI Kitemark certification offers customers peace of mind and reassurance when it matters most.
