Kate has over 18 years’ experience in occupational health and safety and had driven forward initiatives to tackle workplace and health risks in businesses such as EasyJet and the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. Kate started her career with HSE (Health and Safety Executive) in the UK, first as a regulatory Inspector, and then in policy and programme where she led initiatives to tackle workplace health risks.
As an experienced trainer and qualified lecturer Kate has developed training products, written guidance and articles and has represented IOSH globally. Kate now leads on health and safety for BSI globally.
