North America’s Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) and Germany’s Verband Der Automobilindustrie (VDA) have collaborated to develop this manual on FMEA, which will help suppliers Design FMEA, Process FMEA and Supplement FMEA for Monitoring and System Response.
This new handbook provides consistent direction and guidance to all automotive suppliers, including best practices, examples from AIAG’s and VDA’s previous handbooks, and real world experiences. All suppliers need to be aware of the new guidelines and when they are expected to implement the
changes.
