Webinar on demand: ISO Standards, Information Security and Business Continuity
Recorded: Thursday 25 February 2021, 14:00-15:00 (UK time)
Where does the protection of key data sit amongst your priorities as a business? The true cost of a poorly managed cyber attack can be far greater than the physical cost of the information stolen. The reputational damage can last years; or even in extreme cases, cause a business to cease trading.
As part of Cyber Scotland Week, we are running this webinar to introduce to you what ISO standards are, and how implementing them, can help with a range of issues from Information Security to Business Continuity. We are also delighted to be joined by MacRoberts, a leading Scottish law firm, to share their experience of how ISO standards have helped their organization.
Increasing the protection around data can prevent that data being used in its normal business crucial function. BSI has a whole host of standards within the personal data, information security and business continuity sphere. Our experts will demonstrate why these are so crucial and how you can go about implementing them within your business.
Watch on demand for:
- An understanding of what ISO standards and management systems are
- An introduction to ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and how this can help you to keep your confidential information safe
- An introduction to ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System and how this can help you minimize the impact of disruptive incidents
- A chance to hear from MacRoberts who have implemented multiple ISO standards and what this means to them
