About the Presenter
Sue Snyder has been a BSI training instructor and auditor for several years. She has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the aerospace industry including leadership development, implementation, maintenance, auditing, and training for business management systems. Sue knows what auditors look for and she has performed numerous ISO 9001 and AS9100 internal and second party audits. She has also led dozens of on-site training sessions for ISO standards and AS9100 to include introduction, implementation, root cause analysis, management representative, and preventative/corrective action for numerous organizations in the Aerospace and Defense industries. Her experience also includes business ownership, environmental systems management, operations management, systems integration, strategic planning, and systems design and installation.
