In this episode of BIM Talks, we will be hosting another session of BIM Talks with the participation of one of the sector pioneers; The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC) which aims to drive The Red Sea Project, a luxury, regenerative tourism destination that will set new standards in sustainable development and positioning Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map.

TRSDC is the first asset owner in the world to achieve the prestigious BIM Project Kitemark for its digital project delivery and adoption. 
In this webinar, we'll deep dive into this journey and learn more about how BIM is a coordinated way of working and underpinned by digital technologies, allowing for more efficient methods of designing, delivering and maintaining physical built assets.

For over 23 years, Rahul has held leadership roles responsible for digital transformation and innovation strategy and implementation including a diverse range of projects including large-scale multi-billion-pound urban regeneration schemes. He's gained a thorough understanding of the risks and opportunities faced by today’s global construction businesses while going through digitalization. His current role involves supporting clients in Digital Trust, Innovation, BIM, Digital Twin, Smart Cities, IoT, and Information Security and Resilience.

David brings moreover than 25 years of experience in the construction industry; he oversees the use of pioneering technology to improve the design and construction process, introducing automation and data-driven insights to deliver fast-track construction, design for manufacture and assembly to enhance customer experience.  He has solid experience in creating and implementing digital strategy in several positions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
