Wan Yang, Head of Sustainability Solutions, BSI APAC
Wan Yang has over 20 years of experience in sustainability. His expertise focuses on climate change, energy efficiency and environmental protection. His last job was with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and oversaw the implementation of SDGs in China and across the Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Wan Yang has also taken the role of China Country Directors at several international environmental NGOs and led over 100 projects on policy research, pilot and demonstration, capacity building, knowledge products development, and more.

Federica Pagnuzzato, Sustainability Director Continental Europe, BSI
Federica has over 18 years of experience in sustainability, risk management and auditing, across a range of sectors and countries. Federica has extensive skills in social issues, responsible procurement, and ethical trade, reporting and assurance. She is an experienced, solution-focused leader who knows the challenges and opportunities of global sustainability implementation in complex organizations and value chains. With her significant expertise and experience, Federica provides guidance to clients on how to integrate sustainability into all aspects of business, define and develop sustainability strategy and business practices, and develop new solutions addressing sustainability challenges.

Ignacio Sison, Chief Corporate Officer at Del Monte Pacific Ltd and Chief Sustainability Officer at Del Monte Philippines, Inc.
Iggy has been with Del Monte since 1999 and was the group’s Chief Financial Officer for nine years until 2015. He is the Vice Chairman of the Philippine Sustainability Reporting Committee and a member of the Advisory Board of Ateneo Institute of Sustainability. He holds an MSc degree in Agricultural Economics from Oxford University, an MA in International Relations, Major in Economics, from the International University of Japan, a BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of the Philippines, and an International Baccalaureate from Lester B. Pearson United World College, Canada.

Shane Guha Thakurta, General Manager, Investor Relations & Sustainability, IJM Corporation Berhad

Shane is the General Manager of Investor Relations and Sustainability at IJM Corporation Berhad and has been responsible for communicating the Group’s financial performance and corporate developments with fund managers and financial analysts since 2007. Since 2015, he has been steering the Group’s corporate sustainability strategy and its integration across IJM’s businesses. He harbours the hope for informed and collective climate action that addresses both mitigation and adaptation in equal earnestness. Shane holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sheffield, UK.
