Abhinav Bajaj is a seasoned quality assurance professional with over 12 years of experience in auditing, certification, and accreditation. He currently serves as Operations Delivery Manager at BSI Group Canada, overseeing certification and verification programs for standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064-1, and more. With academic credentials in production engineering, environmental impact assessment, occupational health and safety, and greenhouse gas accounting, Abhinav offers a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight. He has also led energy efficiency and lean manufacturing initiatives in the automotive sector and is trained in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodology.

Reghu Kumar is a seasoned Sustainability and Climate Change professional with over 35 years of experience in training, consulting, compliance, and assurance. Currently with BSI Group, he specializes in carbon management, ESG reporting, and ISO standards. Reghu co-authored a key linkage document aligning GRI Standards with SEBI’s BRSR framework and regularly delivers training on sustainability topics, including carbon footprint. His recent completion of the VSME standard course from the CSRD Institute highlights his commitment to continuous learning and advancing best sustainability practices.
