No. This course is designed for beginners as well as professionals with some process‑improvement knowledge. A basic understanding of business processes is helpful but not required. - Is the CSSC exam included in the course fee?
Yes. Your enrolment includes one official CSSC Green Belt exam voucher, which gives you access to the only recognized path for earning the CSSC Certification. - How difficult is the CSSC exam?
The exam consists of 100 multiple‑choice and true/false questions in an open‑book format. You’ll have 3 attempts within 1 year, and you need to score 280 out of 400 points to pass. The training and recommended study guide fully prepare you for success. - Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes. You’ll receive a BSI training certificate upon completion. Once you pass the CSSC exam, you will be awarded the CSSC Certified Six Sigma Green Belt designation. - What is the BSI Qualification Pathway?
